"Prior to contacting Lucy Nava, I had contacted another real state agent that was recommended to me by my Bank loan processor. This other real state agent had me waiting for a list of houses fo r 2-3 day. My daughter told me that she met Lucy through her friend Jessica who had recently purchased a house and that Lucy was very helpful with her friend. I contacted Lucy and between 24 hours she sent me a listing of the houses in the area of our choice and between the price range that we could afford/pre-approved loan amount. We end up being homeless because we gave up the place we were renting thinking that we would move-in to new home by the end of the month not knowing that there would be a few problems (seller's issues) and escrow couldn't close on the time set.
